No - that image is a script, of whatever network originates the packet. Since it's a browser that sends (requests for the script, because of the image in his signature), the browser also sends a 'user-agent' id, containing the OS and browser.
The IP is contained in the originating packet (and also subsequent packets, if necessary) which is used easily to determine your ISP.
Now a bank account number is more difficult, but can be done. :nod:
