We've gotten into a fight and I don't think we will ever be friends again; it's an odd situation I can't really explain to people on the outside, but I promise it isn't stupid high school drama. So I wrote this... I'm thinking about sending it to him.
It breaks my heart.
It makes me sad.
To think of all the times we had.
When I felt the worst,
When I was the lowest I could be,
You were the only thing to make me happy.
Our friendship was so deep,
And it took years to make.
So why did it take so few moments to break?
I used to wonder,
What it would it would be like to lose you?
But it was never something I thought could come true.
It made me love you more,
And hold things against you less.
And want to keep our relationship a success.
I just don't see how it's possible,
To not be such great friends anymore.
Why can't we just go back to the way it was before?
You made me laugh, you made me cry.
And all that I can do is sigh.
And wonder why?
