Are they saying just because hes got some disabilities, he cant watch a movie in a theater? Thats just wrong!

No, that's not what they're saying at all. That particular line of theatres has a sound ordinance type of rule that if a customer is being too loud and disturbing other patrons then the managerial staff is supposed to take care of it. In this deal, they handled a delicate situation incorrectly because they were unaware of the child's disabilities. (don't ask me how they weren't... I don't know).
The theatre general manager has issued a public apology, and the family wants nothing more to do with it. They aren't sueing or taking any such legal action. It was a big misunderstanding and fortunately they're not greedy enough to jump on them simply because the child did have a disability.
IMO the theatre was wrong, they got the bad publicity, they made the apology, the parents accepted it. Now we should move on to bigger and better things. Conspiracy Theorists just make things more complicated than they really are. I hate making rocky mountains of ant hills.
