6) Share dinner with loved ones- it's so easy to become disconnected these days, and sharing a meal and your day together does so much good.
7) Take a walk- no phones, no Ipod..just me and my thoughts
8) Listen more- Everything I say I already know- maybe I'll learn something about someone else.
