When I didn't know how to manage my time, I used to wake up at about 12 noon or 1 p.m. However, since I quit working late at night, I've learned to get up early - around 7 or 8 a.m.

I normally wake up at 5:00am everyday. I would use the time to go to my online sites and read the notifications out.

These days I try to wake up between 4 and 5 in the morning. I am trying to be an early riser for a couple of years
