Clear boundaries, scheduled breaks, and a defined end time saved my sanity. It’s easy to let work spill over.
What helps you unplug after remote work hours? Do you stick to a set schedule?

I worked from home for years. I tried to leave it alone outside normal office hours but was not always able. My personal cell phone being my voice contact was a bigger issue, even interrupting vacations. Being empty nesters helped us. My wife was always good about leaving me alone if I was busy unless there was an immediate need.

I have been working from home for more than 12 years. Having a working space (as opposed to working form anywhere you want) will help you stay focused and also scheduling task and having a family time will make life interesting

I set clear work hours, take real breaks, and create a separate workspace. I try not to check emails after hours and make time for hobbies or walks. Boundaries really help me breathe.

In my opinion, this is simple, you just have to create an itinerary or a routine and respect those schedules, to carry out everything you need, it is something totally fundamental.
