We are invested in short term CD's(12 months and less). Long term investments are in highly diversified mutual funds and large company stocks. A small amount of treasury bonds.

Diversification is great. the process of selecting a variety of investments within each asset class can be done. This will help to mitigate investment risk. Diversification across asset classes.

Make a different portfolio. Do not invest in one asset. For example , invest 30 percent of your funds on crypto. The rest on stocks or any.
