I think that the modern world has made it so that we can never be truly happy or truly satisfied. There is always going to be that next level to achieve. Of course there are exceptions, but I believe that vast majority of people can never truly be happy or satisfied.

Currently I am happy and satisfied. Wonder how long it will last

In today's world being satisfied seems to only be temporary.

Sure, I'm mostly happy. My toddler is in the screaming when hestold no phase so I'm not huge on that but overall I'm happy.

I am truly very happy with my life and also with my daughter in the picture around. I could ask for anything better than what I have now and I'm very thankful to God for keeping me and my daughter alive.

Happiness is a transient feeling. The same thing will make you happy sometimes and the same thing will anger you sometimes. I try to become content. Contentment is different from happiness.

One thing is that true happiness and satisfaction comes from within. Any one that looks for true happiness and satisfaction from external factors is living an illusion. You decide to be truly happy and satisfied in life.
