Here is a quick check list to keep you safe in the cold months ahead of you:

1. Check/Change oil
2. Check all belts
3. Check tires for wear and air pressure (remember Obama ;) ) and spare too!
4. Check all fluids: windshield wiper, antifreeze, transmission
5. Check battery and connections
6. Keep certain things in your trunk: blanket, flashlight, emergency markers, non-perishable snacks, kitty litter

I'd hate to see something happen to you or a family member.

I am very handy mechanically BTW. Fact!

John Adams without any doubt. He was one of the last of the truly stand up guys to be president. He put principles above politics.

I do hope that you are holding back on your real feelings. I know you must pretend to be someone here and I hope you are really someone else. Otherwise I fear you are missing the little things in life that can bring meaning and a moment of happiness into your life even if but for a day.

No. Just thoughts. I have a lot of them and they vary from day to day.

I also detest winter. But if it's going to be cold it may as well snow. Snow covers up all the dreariness.
