I just found and made the most awesomest snack ever for being on a diet.
I can't have potato chips, or most snack foods .. and I was about to die. I was seriously eying up the box of granola cereal my mom brought home (which I also cannot have). It has almonds and cranberries FOR GOD's SAKE!
Anyways .. I fought the urge and went searching for something to snack on that I could have .. and boy did I find it!
I bought these litle low fat (light) mozerella cheese sticks to chop up and put in my salad. Well turns out if you chop them into little circles (1 stick makes 17 circles btw lol), spray a paper plate with cooking spray, arrange the cheese circles on the plate, and microwave them until they turn light brown .. they replace POTATO CHIPS!!!
I made plain, garlic (with garlic salt), and I diced up a red onion and put 1 cheese circle on top of 1 onion piece .. OMG these things are FAB!
