when I get it done I am gonna do a fucking drive image

I would try to transfer a drive image that I did on another laptop but I want to keep this clean as it is for my daughter and she is at college an hour and half away. So I need the fucker to work

took me an hour just to get windows to start to load as first it did not recognize the drive and said it had a virus or improper setting . Then when it got to the hit F8 to accept the ULA nothing would happen.

I finally got it fucking figured out somehow

Now comes the rest of the fucking fun to get all the drivers loaded

I usually miss something there

I am a persistent Prick though so I shall fucking prevail

I fucking started all over. I screwed up and mislabled the main drive and installed some other drivers

Decided I should fucking get the actual drivers from the manufacturers web site

I got another hour of download yet to go

Then probably a couple hours of installing programs and fucking anti virus

have you tried hardwiring it then look for the drivers... my old gateway was a beast and needed to be actually hardwired for it to find the fix.


I don't know if that would fucking help ya or not.. but.. it's a fucking suggestion.

I did go on the internet hard wired and it could not find the drivers on the internet

She just picked it up and will have to see if she has the original drivers on a fucking disc.

I am sure she has some friends that can fuck with it
