my family doctor told me to eat and drink that during my own pregnancy and also my own sister a ER nurse....fuck beat that.

same here Mel...basically it gets ten times worse during your pregnancy..i do believe they have a new drug for it that you can take...its for pregnant women so if it gets too bad ask your doctor about it...tell him:

Doctor, fuck my heartburn is bad! What the fuck can you do for me?

That should get his attention quick.:nod:


oh and one more fucking thing...cut your sugars down..starches are a biggy for heartburn

I will hound my Dr on Monday or Tuesday when I go see him... I have to see him before the end of the fucking month!.

I think my doctor would tell me to shut the fuck up! LOL...

The only thing that seems to curb is bread at times and milk... and cream crackers!
