sorry peter you're right, but he has claimed that he was high, and then he would be around her. I see that as being the same as driving a car drunk.
OK, I guess I'll just agree to disagree with you here though, I really dont see that being under the influence of a joint is as dangerous as drink driving. The guy does seem to have a lot of issues, definately with drink and likely with puff though that he needs to sort out.:nod:

Haha! I have a very high tolerance but even I wouldn't be drinking or smoking weed the night before I was due in court!
A few years back my brother was put in hospital by a guy who thought he knew how much he could drink and not have it affect him.

i bet he gets pissed just because he smelled the barmaids apron if the truths known....i hope he gets a ban,might save a life in the long run......and he didn't say what size of beers he was drinking.......and the strength.......i'd love to see him come over here and drink 15 at a real ale festival
