Depends on whose story you read...the record label tried to say that it was an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound. Either way, by all reports he was drunk at the time.

I'm not fond of banging my head against a wall, so I'm gonna exit this thread. One day you'll wake up and realize that you'll never have a successful life if you continue this way. I just pray you don't have to lose someone you love to make you realize it.
 
Look dude, you're being really off with people for no reason, if you cant do the time, dont do the crime.

However, I dont know why, but I'm going to give you good advice for your day in court.

firstly and most important, plead guilty. You havent a leg to stand on and over here you automatically get a third knocked off your sentence just for that.

Dress in a shirt, tie, trousers and proper shoes.

Accept full responsibility and dont make excuses.

Show regret.

Ask if you can go on a drink awareness course after your sentence has expired or as part of it.

Hey, I'm off to bed guys. I hope I don't check back tomorrow to see any of you get in trouble for name calling or other such behaviour. I hope you heed my well intentioned advice.

There is a lot wrong in this thread.

Murdoc, you posted you having to go to court, you weren't forced to do so, you surely knew (I know you must have), that people here weren't going to agree with you.

You have been very offensive the way you have spoken to people.
