It must be an east coast thing Tash.. they have them all over the Maritimes. When I landed back home we went for supper and I had a lobster roll and salad for supper..

I don't know...I'm East Coast and, for us, a lobster roll is only found on a Chinese buffet and it looks like this:

I could totally go for a lobster roll (as described by Dana...not the one I put up). That sounds fucking amazing...IJS.

Not sure yet....I'm on my own for the next few days. I'll probably just grill up some shrimp and add some onion, spinach and goat cheese....maybe fresh pesto and throw it on top of a piece of pita bread, that's usually my standard when I'm on my own.

Or a chick pea and spinach curry, which I can only make when alone because I'm the only one that likes it!

I think probably a frozen meal of some sort, but I do feel a desire for potato salad. Nothing fancy, just new potatoes with mayo and salad cream dressing. Maybe some tuna mixed in there.
