The baby has been crying all morning. Right now he's in his crib and has been in there for the past 10 minutes just crying b/c I can't deal right now. I'm trying to find something to keep my body from jumping out of my skin so I'm trying to clean. But there's only so much cleaning that I can do before I get frustrated that the apartment will never get clean. I want to get out but in a way I really don't feel like moving...and then I'd have to come home to a messed up apartment which i fuckin dread :willy_nilly: :willy_nilly: :willy_nilly:.

Ugh, my daughter was colicky for her first month, it was a HORRID experience! But after her first month, nothing but sunshine and the child rarely complaining of anything!

i remember this,i thought i was going to go mental.it went on and on and on and on and got louder and louder, then my neighbour who must have heard it came around and as i was expecting a cant oyu keep that baby quiet conversation...i got ,right give me that baby for an hour and you go take a hot bath, ill see you in an hour....bless her she saved me that day.

and do you know what the little madam stopped bloody crying within five minutes ...but ill always be greatful to that woman

the anbesol doesn't really work that well...and i hate giving him tylenol b/c i feel like i'm drugging him up..i do give it to him, just not all the time.

ooooh, when they're teething, it's a great thing! I feel the same about the "drugging" thing. But Tylenol is really nothing, esp. if you're not giving it to him like every fours hours as they recommend. Just when he really seems to need something. Poor guy. :(

Yea, it drove me nuts when my daughter, (withing her first month of hell/colic), was good for my mom when she'd watch her! I'd call her up all the time crying, "She HATES me, I swear!!"

Dominic can't seem to sleep on Tuesday nights. Granted, he's only had two so far but he cries and screams for hours. Donnie was up with him for about three hours last night before he woke up to see if I could calm him down. I ended up getting him to sleep pretty quickly but I think it was just dumb luck.

Babies aren't always cute and smiley I guess, are they. Sheesh. Kudos to all you moms out there. And to the fathers that put in the time too.
