Long story.. His last wife cheated on him while he was deployed, so they divorced.. Well when they were married, he had his wedding ring tattooed on his finger... The day before he deployed this last time, he went and got 'void' written down the middle! HAHA.. But once he gets back, he is having both laser removed.

The V sign goes back to the Battle of Agincourt, where we (the Brits) beat the French. (Again) It means victory in battle. It's a sign that the French didn't win, and therefore didn't get the chance to cut the first 2 fingers from the surviving bowmans hands!!!!)
