I do. I like the F Word. He's calmer.

BW ain't on any menu near me either:24: That's why I want to try to make it. It doesn't seem that hard but everyone on the show usually messes it up so I look forward to the challenge.

Yeah, well, I like it rare so that helps ;) Honestly, I have never had risotto or ever made it. But I do have some in the pantry if I get curious enough..... I hear Orzo is just as good and you don't have to babysit it.... I have a box of that too.

I'm more of a down-home cook. But I should branch out ;)
