Oh noooo, I have heartburn really bad again!
I have been having really good capsules for it for a while, but the last couple of weeks, I have kept forgetting. I remembered it earlier though when the heartburn started up again, but it isn't helping it now.
Maybe I won't be having a lager after all now.
Want me to tell you how to get rid of it without pills .. eat raw potato. I swear to God, it'll fix it. Maybe not completely (depending on how severe yours is) but it will definately tone it down.

1am is norm for me... I slept til like 3 today though. I was being lazy and its pretty shitty outside.

I gotta be up at 7 .. and I'm no where near sleepy. I guess here shortly I'm gonna mosey in there and at least lay in the dark and rest my eyeballs though. The least I can do for them lol.
I am so gonna feel like ass tommorrow .. I forsee a lot of coffee in my future. Good thing Seattle Drip is close to my work! I think a 24oz Summit will do the trick dandily!

Well, well, well, I didn't know he went and got married - I knew he was engaged but then heard no more from him. His pm's stopped all of a sudden, so wasn't sure.

Hummmm, never heard of eating raw potatoes, before. Don't eat a lot of potatoes anymore. Yeah, I get it very severe most of the time. I tried the Gaviscon things, which were great at first, but after a while they didn't do anything.

I passed out last night too - took a break from the computer, to go sit on the sofa for 10 mins or so I thought it'd be, just after my last post last night, then next thing I knew, it was 5.40am. I got up at that point to get stuff ready for my son, for school.
Oh well, as long as he is all well and happy, which he must be.
