I heard through the grapevine you are getting shoulder surgery, if this is your first I can give you some survival pointers..I have recovered from it more than once.

I had the same surgery last year on my right shoulder the only difference is that its my left shoulder this year and its a lil worse of than what my right was
I had one scope and two lay me open and beat my shoulder up surgeries...lol
Not really any fun at all.
