i am upset about how things are around here put one comment in arcade they change it to happy face look at the comments in alot of the threads that are being posted for everyone to see. ithink some avitars cutting down canadians is un fair games with outrages scores should be removed.post whore aWAY IF YOU WANT JUST MY OPINION DONT MEAN TO OFFEND ANYONE.:(
 
I'm not sure I can address the other things you are talking about, but the comments in the arcade that are changed to smilies were the ones with very offensive language. The arcade is used by alot of kids and some of the comments were way over the top, so we PM the person that made the offending comment and change it to a smilie.

I agree they can. But why not save this for threads. If some one is pissed off because they lost a game or they do not have a high score. Do they really have to go off on a tangint and start talking all this shit? If you look at who is online some time you will see there are alot of people out there who have never posted a thread or made any comments. People who have been around a long time. Just playing games. Those are the ones I am thinking of. Alot of them are kids.
 
SilentBob, if there are problems you want to discuss PM a mod. I don't want this thread heading down the wrong path.

I agree with Bob on this. People get stupid in their comments. There are some very unnecessary insulting comments in there. I thought people would just like to have fun and post funny, competitive or frustration comments about the game and how they "almost" got a better score and such. But the personal insults are ridiculous.

It's not even the personal comments left... it's when members leave a string of nasty swear words, that's what is deleted and replaced with a happy face.

I've tried PMs, too, but they don't work. Sometimes I wonder if the arcade is a viable part of this forum since it just hangs around with not alot of attention paid to it.

And I find nothing wrong with this thread at all, but like I said, mentioning anything about the arcade in a thread seems to fall on deaf ears.
