It's been raining here for the past couple days. Not even good rain, where it's warm and there's cool lightening. It's just cold, gloomy and pouring out. Where's this hot summer weather?!

Yeah, same for us over here - the weather ppl always get it wrong, cos they said we are due a heatwave this month!!! lol

Glad it's not cos I can't take the heat well, but even so... They went on the assumption I think, that cos we generally have very hot Augusts each year, the same wld follow this yr too.

We haven't had much of a summer at all here, not many hot days at all.

Rain, rain, rain and more rain and that's it, just about.

Mind you, I heard today that hurrican Dean, is approaching Texas - not good at all, so we are very lucky compared to that and the damage it's already caused.

it's a good 2 hours tops. sometimes less than that, depending on traffic. But I wasn't really able to go b/c it would have been pointless just walking around and not really being able to do much. I wouldn't be able to lay on the beach, and I hate going into the ocean, and I can't drink or do the rides. So it would have been stupid . But I'll be looking forward to the day where I can actually go, which might be next summer.

Its been miserable, windy and pissing down with rain all day here too, think we've missed any chance of having a summer apart from a couple of nice days. Just looking forward to autumn now!
