It's happened to me before. Always the bicep now that i think about it. It hasn't happened in a while though.

My brother used to get a leg spasm, sometimes lasting for more than 10 minutes and hurting like crazy. The doctor said maybe he was out of shape...

lol the worst time is when kylie was only a month or 2 old and she was sleeping beside me laying down i scared the daylights outta her with it too. I felt so aweful...

For me its stress related...only happens at my worst
