My missus is Australian and I think the most noticable thing about her and many other Aussies accent is that they make everything sound like a question!:)

I say "whatevs" a lot, with a shrug. Matt thinks it's rude, but whatevs... :D

Uh, Canadians say "eh?" a lot, but you all knew that. "Deke", "fer sure". I can't really think of too many. It's hard to notice your language's quirks without someone pointing them out to you. "Composite" was one pointed out to me by an American guy. I was buying boots for my friend, and he had no idea what I was saying, because Canadians pronounce it "compo-zit" and not "com-paw-zit".

Ok, coming from a country that has 11 official languages, with most people able to speak at least 2, we have some very odd quirks.

"Hey" can mean multiple things... Hey? = Excuse me, just Hey is uused to emphasise something... eg. Wow, that was a big dog hey!

"Lekker" pronounced Lacquer means nice, or tasty (it's taken from Afrikaans)

"Cherry" means girl... "That was a lekker hot cherry hey" ie "that was a hot/good looking woman"

"Eish" (pronounced Ayshe) taken from Zulu is used as a symapthetic word, or even as a filler... Bob says: "I fell down yesterday" you reply with "Eish"

We have tons more I will add as I remember
