How do you deal with negative people? It is not easy to please them. They have their own way and thinking that deviate from yours. In my case, I just ignore them to avoid trouble. The more they react when you give your own explanation to overthrow their negative reasoning. Sometimes I am wondering why they cannot get the assumption that they are sometimes deviating from what is standard. Are they haters or hopeless or had experienced pain and insults in the past? Regardless, those experiences must not be the stumbling block to accepting what others believe is fatal on their side. I cannot tell you more. What can you add?

I always avoid these kind of people and as much as possible avoid any chance of associating with them. These kind of people want to pull one down to their level. They want company for their miseries.

It is the best way to stay from them to avoid conflict. But we should also understand them for the more their negativity continues.

There's just some who will never change and even insisting their being negative to others. Example I made one activity and he made unsolicited comments. I wanted to tell him to. mind his own business. This person always opposes whatever the group agrees because he would always say it's not possible.

I also experienced the same and it is so annoying someone opposing what is right. They are so disgusting and during the meeting, they always opposed.

Stay away from them, avoid and ignore them, wasting our time if we take time dealing with them
Let us not entertain people like them, There s nothing we can get but headaches. It is best to stay away and if they are angry, the more to stay away from them.

I would try to talk to them for a short while and understand why they feel this way. If there is nothing I can do to help them, I just leave.
That is right better leave if they won't listen and the more they will argue with you. They are also hard-to-please types..

That is the best to do to avoid conflict. It boils someone's blood if his ideas or proposals will be opposed by a co-worker. Even in the family, there is always an opposition.
There is always an opposition and also we don't have to accept anyone's ideas because it might be wrong.

That's right, I totally agree with you. Their negative thoughts often have a bad effect on the people around them. So, stay away from them as much as possible.
