water therapy is about taking only water for some hours of the day without food. This is to help you detox and help cleanse your body from toxins. If you have never done this would you be trying it now?

Maintaining focused without money might be difficult, but it is surely doable. Here are some unusual methods for staying motivated:

However, if you are thinking about attempting water therapy for the first time, you should check with a healthcare practitioner to be sure it is safe for you to do so, especially if you have any prior medical concerns. While water therapy may be effective for detoxification and cleaning for some people, it is not for everyone and should be done with caution.

It's true that sometimes I also have no appetite and only drink water all day. Most stuck eating fruit to prop up hunger. Usually when I'm sick I only need fruit and drink, I have no appetite to eat cooked food because it tastes bitter in my mouth.

I have tried water therapy when I had a UTI. I drank 1 liter of water early morning for straight 2 weeks and my UYI was healed. I no longer suffer from that and saved money hehehe.

The cause of the bitter taste is the medicine, just gargle lukewarm water. Chew bubble gum or candy.

My first thought when I saw the title of this thread was the torture technique of water boarding. I was like no, I haven't tried that. B0ufo0m.gif

I also have not tried the water therapy actually being referred to in this thread. S1il1It.gif

I always do water therapy, I just like it. It cleanses our intestines and kidneys. It is a good healing process, natural and safe.

Yes, but this time I seldom do it. I just take good care of myself and change my lifestyle. It is good to be healthy though.
