Currently it's just newspaper taxis, Timothy Spall and Prince Harry taking his seat.

There are a few things out there (pay and free) that were designed for expats to watch UK tv abroad by assigning a UK ip address. Some common ones too. I won't name them in case I'm told off for advertising

And yeah, the ceremony is on the bbc sport website too (with/without commentary) - only if you're seen to have a UK ip addy of course.
