its BIL and his wife. we told BIL to check those papers carefully and make sure his information is no where on them! he told her that since she went and did all this behind his back and put it in her name, she better go get a job! seriously, this girl has dirt for brains and thinks she knows EVERYTHIING! she went and got this car AS IS! no trying to make a deal or nothing!

Does she have her name on the house or other assets she could have used as collateral ?

Did she buy from one of those NO CREDIT Down Places... The kind of place that puts a GPS hidden deep inside you car and if the payment is even one day late the cars is theirs including any assets you signed as collateral ?

I dont know where she went. Last i knew, she said was approved by the Nissan place, but sue got a saturn cause it was cheaper. I dont know if she bought a used car off Nissans lot, or went to one of those side of the road places

Nothing is in her name. Its in his with either MIL's name or his grandparents name as cosigners. She throws bills away while hes at work. Grandparents have a mark on their credit report because of it from the cell phone bill and MIL has been gettig calls from the rent a center place for late/no payments.
