It's 3:40 PM here. We ate around 2:30...I had achieved food coma by 3:06. LOL

Yeah yeah yeah. For real, though, I ate like a fat kid on death row. I haven't eaten that much in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time. 5 rolls!!! WHAT!?!?!? I think I'ma die.

And now I really really want some pumpkin pie and a big cup of coffee...but I have no room.

I am in a food coma, not a lush dinner for Thanksgiving though. A massive chicken kebab in a huge bread wrap, 450g of food. Mmmmm. Happy Thanksgiving y'all!

I food coma'd yesterday at Yum Cha for lunch lol didnt want to drive home i wanted to curl up in the car and sleep, it was rainy too lol

Ah I'm starting to feel that tiredness that comes on with thanksgiving. And to top it off we still have pie to eat. Both apple and my mother's pumpkin mousse. Yum yum... *Rolls on back*

OMG...I just took all the food up to the center that we cooked for them and I stayed to eat w/ them. I had some broccoli and cheese casserole and some corn casserole...that was all I could do. I'm absolutely miserably full...so much so that my sides hurt, LOL

I'm done eating for the day...LOL

I did very well with only taking and eating one plate full of a little bit of everything...... turkey, stuffing (okay I took an extra dollop of stuffing!), mashed potatoes, yams, corn, carrots, peas, cranberry sauce, apple sauce, 2 rolls, gravy...... Then I blew it with a piece of pumpkin pie covered with Cool Whip and a small glass of fatfree Egg Nog. GADS! Should have waited until after the dishes were washed and put away. :willy_nilly:

...... but I shall nap very very very shortly. Just got to push a couple of people off my damn couch.

just got in from my aunts house...special day today was....we all shared memories of Thanksgivings of the past and laughed so hard at times tears were falling...the food was secondary....

Locally we had a hotel burn down. Several people are displaced and some have even lost their pets in the fire. The fire is still too intense for the fire department to get inside for a search so it's unknown at this time if anybody was trapped inside. Makes not having my brother and niece here on Thanksgiving feel like something so small compared to that, yanno???

That is so sad Tasha! I really hope everyone made it out alright!!!

I didn't really suffer from food coma this year. I had a plate with a little of everything around 1 this afternoon and another around 6. That was enough for me. I didn't even take pie. I will be sure to get some tomorrow though.
