Im not sure what your parenting style is. But I put Ayden straight on my view on that shit. Really quick.

I try to stop him and correct the behaviour right away.

I warn him one and then he gets a tap on the diaper, or the T V off or his fave toy taken away.

What he really needs is his father to discipline him.. but that wont' be happening.

Why wait for his father? Mothers dont like to look like the bad guys. But you need to be able to do it as well. Im not saying beat him. Just show him that hitting and kicking doesn't feel good.

What I am meaning Liam is with me all the damn time.. he needs someone new giving the punishment....

When Liam bites me I bite him back not hard but to show him that fucking hurts. etc..

I don't mind being the bad guy.. but it's not working.. :surrender

Not enough extra cash for it.

In the summer when my besties girls are off school if the oldest one doesn't get a job.. I think I will be shipping him off to her for a few hours a week so I can have me time and he gets some time away from me. Until I got back east for a month then my mom will be another person that will watch him so that we have time apart.

With Jim being on afternoons Liam rarely sees him so if Jim doesn't approve of Liam's behaviour it seems to have a bigger impact on Liam's attitude.

Have you considered going back to work? That way you have extra cash for daycare. It might be worth looking into that way you can have Liam interacting with other kids on a regular basis. I know here they have gov assistance for childcare. Do they have something like that there?

I have been considering it of late but I have been looking for something that does interfere with the schedules of the rest of the house and it's not working. Also with my back problems I am limited to what I can do as well. ..

I have been thinking of offering childcare services again, that way I can be home when I am needed etc.. and Liam would get his social interactions. But with me leaving for a month in August I am going to wait till I get back..

And yes the government gives assistance to lower incomes that Jim's.. we wouldn't qualify.
