Today, I resolve to try and trim down my iPhoto albums and reorganise them.


No mean feat considering I have 14,000 pictures in there at the moment.

So how'd you do with that?

Actually, what HK doesn't know is I don't live in a house. I'm not sure which house she snuck in to and what horse she has but I still bow down to her amazing talents.

But what if she was just using house as a generic term? I live in a duplex but I call it a house. When I lived in an apartment I did the same thing.

Which is still pretty good considering I never delete anything. It did make me realise how many fucking pictures I take though - I need to set aside a day to actually go through and be picky about what I keep, because my albums take up a significant amount of space on my hard drive and in a lot of cases, I know I could delete pictures that are basically the same thing three times from slightly different angles

I've reached that point where you have things to do, but so many of them that your brain decides it doesn't care about any of them.


I need to create a summery playlist for walking to and from work - it's reached that point now where the sun is shining daily and I neeeed to not be constantly pressing the skip track button because I haven't organised any of my music and am instead shuffling through the entire library on random.

The thread about tattoos had me thinking about whether I'd ever get one myself. Sometimes I think maybe, if I had something I felt deeply and permanently enough about to get marked on my skin. But nothing's come up. And when I do think about getting one, I can't imagine any part of me that I'd be happy having one.


One of my exes nearly got my name tattooed on him in Vegas. Glad he didn't, while he was away I realised I wanted to break up with him :ninja

Being a stay at home mum is nice but it is very boring and repetitive at times. I can't wait till Immy is in school and I can get a job (especially as we might be moving back to Bucks later this year so that'll be better for finding a job, rather than the dead zone that is Englefield Green). Tis why I'm so looking forward to working on the bookstall at the end of the month - something different that involves using my brain!
