would you steal from god?

A church is a group of people, not God.

A large percentage of the monies given to those are NOT used for charitable purposes, they are used for the building and operational costs, and salaries for employees.

In my opinion NONE of that qualifies as "God's Money" While I don't think it's right for anyone to steal anything, I don't believe theft is any "worse" because it's perpetrated against a church.
 
sadie is a good girl but i need to no more,

because if i am chatting to a minor i am sure i will be arrested.
your poetry skill tell me you are a lady of leasure,
because you like the finer things in life that give you pleasure.
do you come to offtopicz alot or is it a spare of the moment thing,

maybe i am married and a serial biggermist,
but simply one more lady like you i can no resist.

or will you play hard to get and me just fool.

Ooh. Yes it would, but not because the stealing came from a church. I'm just not the type to steal so I'd feel guilty. Although stealing from the Vatican would make me feel lees guilty than stealing from anyone else quite honestly, but still guilty.

not like the church hasn't stole before:D

most of the riches the church acquired over these hundreds of years has been through theft and murder.

the issue i would have is if the tools of the contractors where stolen, then that is wrong. Never steal a mans tools.

so for now i can not give you pleasure,
off limits is the joes treasure.
like the little lost hobbo i never stick arould,
is that noise your heart breaking sound.
but you can join me and we can hit the road,
and togther we can have the fun load.
marriage in a truck like my fat gypsy wedding,
i am on the top bunk and no time for any bedding.
you can drive and we can travel and see the sights,
where are we heading boss, to the northen lights.
in a back street with no money we are destine to end,
but who cares the joe has sadie the love of my life and my best friend.

You're a sweetheart Joe. It's snowing again, no big surprise there, school is cancelled and the roads are horribly slippery. I'm thinking I may work from home today instead of venturing out only to have leave early anyway, because I can't see me being very busy. At least at home I can catch up with my paper work....and also my laundry...lol. kisses joe....have a great day!!:)

I'd hardly compare the Church to charities. Of course they do a lot of charitable work but mainly as a way to force through their views, take their adoption agencies who refuse to let gay couples adopt for example. They also use their money to keep their over the top luxoury buildings maintained and their staff rich. Agree that stealing from them is low though but no worse than from anyone else.
