They do make an uncut dildo, actually. And yes, it's a fully functioning foreskin. No, I don't own it.

I feel more with uncut versus cut. Like, every single little movement.

And supposedly there are ways to stretch the skin that remains after the circumcision to have the appearance of a foreskin, but I'd imagine it wouldn't quite be the same.
