Not me, I consider it begging.
My daughter was going as a Geisha but she's been throwing up all afternoon. I never got any candy because I thought we would be over at somebody's house. So I lit the pumpkin and we are going to have some cuddle time and ice chips. 
I live in an apartment building so I don't get trick or treaters.
We bought candy but I don't expect any one to come by. We're not taking Dominic out this year.

hmm, i thought i replied to this earlier,must have imagined it, we don't give out candy, we give loose change in our purses, does get annoying though.

The origin of "Trick or Treat" was made back in the 20th century. A women found a way to bribe the people who would come to her home. She gave them candy apples and popcorn balls so she didn't get "tricked" (Which involved destruction of property) and it became popular when it ended up in the newspaper.

Tho, sadly, we have not had any kids yet. Usually by now we've had at least two or three little ones.
