Sounds like a busy day.
My day yesterday was spent with a bottle of water and a my bottle of pain pills..
I am doing much better today so it's all good.

Things are just not settling down on my end of things and it's driving me crazy. Thank goodness this is the start of a long weekend...typical Remembrance Day tomorrow: rain, cold, wind....

My normal back problem was just worse yesterday.. I normally go pill free.. just yesterday was too much for me...Hiya!!!

Hope your back feels better soon...one of the guys at work put his out, he was suffering for the past week or so.
Wing night tonight and tomorrow's a holiday...LOOK OUT! It's been a brutal week or so and tbh, I've been totally absorbed in the Amber Kirwan case (New Glasgow girl that was missing for a month and then found murdered) and that has been really doing my head in.
That makes me sad too!! I was really hoping we could send Char'town into a frenzy.

I know me too... I am still hoping to get home soon.. either before or after Christmas... .....
I have 3 compressed and degenerating discs.. so the pain is always there.. but yesterday was misery. But today we are back to normal pain..

The poor family! It's scary how many rumors are around....I don't know how they don't snap all together.

Thanks hun.. a car accident and bad fall are to blame.. kinda makes me feel lucky I can still walk under my own power.
Thanks hun.. I just feel almost desperate now to get back east.. It's not making any of my life easier.. it's make me feel trapped.. which makes me do stupid things.
I get the feeling of being trapped, I was the same when I lived in TO. Hopefully something will work out soon.

As far as the murdered girl's case goes....they made an arrest, well, sorta, they revoked parole of a guy that murdered a cab driver in 1998 when he was 15, and there's another guy in that town with the same name. Last night his boss had to call for a police escort for him to leave work...he's being threatened because he's unfortunate to have the same name. I guess the entire area has gone nuts.

It's makes me itch and makes me want to do things I wouldn't normally do... it's strange.
I am trying to be zen about my back because it's not like I can fix it... and the idea of surgery to fix it scares me more than anything..
That is horrible for the poor guy.. he's going to end up needing to move..
