Parents Up in Arms Over New Miley Cyrus Video
Miley Cyrus is at it again.
The 17-year-old teen queen, known for creating her share of sexual controversies, has angered the Parents Television Council with her new video, 'Who Owns My Heart,' TMZ reports.
"It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one," Tim Winter, the president of PTC, told TMZ.
"It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly," Winter added.
In the vid for her European-style single, Cyrus writhes around on a bed, walks around in her underwear and dirty dances among other scandalous actions. Watch

The 'Hannah Montana' star must be quite at home making people upset with her image.
Miley posed for Vanity Fair wearing just a sheet, showing off her bare back when she was just 15.
Right before the provocative photo shoot with Annie Leibovitz in Vanity Fair, pics of her posing suggestively with her underwear showing also leaked on the Internet, for which she later apologized.
But it didn't stop there. At the age of 16, she dated Justin Gaston, who was 20 at the time. (She recently split from her latest boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, also 20.)
Furthermore, her most recent film, the yet-to-be released 'LOL: Laughing at Loud,' features the singer-actress in a role where she reportedly loses her virginity, smokes pot, gets wasted, kisses two girlfriends on the lips and flashes her lady parts.

I personally like the video and don't see a damn thing wrong with it. Parents and children need to realize she does this hanna Montana shit for Disney and this other shit is probably just an outlet away from that sugary pop crap.
