It looks fine. You don't want the cause to over shadow the event. Whats more fun donating or spending cash and having a good time. Honestly more people are going to go to a roller skating party and then donate then if you just put the cause right in there faces. If anything I'd make the Autism text smaller.

It takes away from the point of the poster which is to raise funds

I like the mismatched wheels. Those skates just scream, "FUN!" and that's what draws people in. Sure, for some it will be the cause, but the fun that comes with it will make for an even bigger event.

Here's another thought for you- how many adults do you think will go for skating versus how many kids? The bright colors are going to catch the kids eyes, they'll ask if they can skate, the parents will see it's a fundraiser for a great cause, and say yes. Or am I stretching it?
