It could be someone leaching onto your network or one of the Svchost.exe processes using over 100MB of RAM. That happens to me and I end that process just to reduce the lag.

Yes ma'am. It's actually the server.....they've been doing repairs all over the city and I guess it's affecting everybody right now.....it really sucks too...lol
