unfortunate too. being scared half to death as a kid meant you understand how dangerous a situation can be and why you should avoid that situation. its about learning boundaries.

fear is healthy, lack of fear leads to bad things happening. dont give me that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself bullshit, he wasnt talking about some motherfucker coming out of his house with a bat looking to curb stomp you into next year. they should and NEED to fear that motherfucker. you dont know what he's really gonna do and do you really want to risk your health and life to find out? then start running, like you dont know the meaning of walk.
