i dont think its your style...to poofy/fluffy/pillowy for your body type...looks a little paris hiltony...and with your skin tone ..a darker color would probably be better.......but all that matters is if YOU like it.

Is there any way you could alter just the band at the bottom and make it tighter? Then you could hike it up a bit, and let the fabric from the skirt kinda hang down over it. Like this:

The top part looks good, but the bottom doesn't look right. Besides, your legs look good- you could def go shorter!
