I'm watching a show called The Wandering Golfer. He's in Ireland and he was saying it was 10pm and it still happened to be light out. I find the whole thing interesting and think it would be pretty cool to experience. I know Alaska here in the USA has six months of sun and six months of night...

Omg wow...10 pm, that's late. Here in San Deigo, the sun sets at 8 pm.

In South Africa, our Southern cities (Cape Town and surrounds) have sunlight until around 10pm in summer time. Higher North (Johannesburg) the sun sets around 7:30pm in the summer.

Winter time, Johannesburg gets dark around 5:30pm. I'm not sure about Cape Town (I've never been there in winter).
