Wanna know what's gonna kill the human race? Its not asteroids or a huge tsunami. Its our inability to fucking listen. This new epidemic effects 75% or more of the worlds population. Especially here in America. Being a phone representative for US Cellular means I'm in the trenches, day after day, dealing with the pathetic percentage of our population that's being effected by this horrid and traumatic disease. I've had enough! These fucking people have got to be pieces of shit that have been floating in a primordial ooze for centuries, that finally decided to crawl out and make a pathetic excuse of a human out of their damn self's. yeah, you think that's bad, try working in a grocery store. It is fucking unbearable, especially when you have to work at the bottle return, OMFG.
I remember once I was pushing carts when it was 110 degrees outside in august. An older guy probably (65 -70) is walking away, so I say "sir, i'll take your cart" at a decent vloume, but he keeps walking and puts the cart in the little corral things we have around the parking lot. Then I walk and say "sry sir, I could have taken it for you." he says "well why didnt you and save me the effort?" I said "I did sir, you just didnt hear me" in a totally serious tone, no sarcasm at all. His daughter looks at me and says "maybe if you weren't such a smart ass, we'd believe you" and tells me she is gonna call and let my manager know about me. I tried to explain that I wasn't be sarcastic, and I even apologized to these people... for something I didn't do... Anyways, my manager and I get along well, and she knows I'm a hard worker, and that I wouldn't do something like that on purpose. So, the lady calls back and bitches about how shitty of an employee I must be for 10 minutes! My manager tells me she just listened to the lady and that I should just shrug it off. The next day, this lady comes back in person and talks to my store supervisor, who wasn't there the previous day, and tries to get me fired. Of course, the customer is always right, so I got written up for this shit. I was so absolutely furious I could barely work for the rest of the day! Since this incident, she has complained about me every time she has come in the store to the other employees, saying I "shouldn't be allowed to work at a job that deals with people so much." All the other employees have my back, but its fucking ridiculous that someone would get so damn angry about some trivial bullshit that wasn't a problem in the first place... *takes breath* Mind you, this was just ONE incident, over 2 days. I've worked there for a year and 4 months...
Some people are so fucking stupid. I know how ya feel boomer, the world would be better off without some people. If I ever see that lady in public, I will have a few choice words for her.

I had a lady tell me that their network printer/fax machine hasn't been working. The screen was blank like it lost power.
So I wandered over to it... and the POWER CORD WAS NOT IN IT.
