when my dad was alive and bed bound he wanted an elecronic chess set,so i went on ebay......the seller wanted 70 for what argos were selling for 30

i had a friend who was buying an Xbox for 200 dollars over ebay... the pic only showed the box and when he got it, thats what happened, he only got the box, no system at all, just an empty box -.-

I've heard of that before, but still what a dick. You have to be careful with that shit, gotta read the description carefully and contact the seller if you have any questions.

I've never had that worry since I'm just buying comics that cost me like 5 bucks a pop.

I've bought things from Ebay... I like actually shopping for things more though.

I don't e-bay A LOT, but I use it a couple of times a year. I like being able to get bags full of my clear o-rings for my retainer (not like a retainer that goes in your mouth...a clear retainer for my eyebrow piercing). I lose those damn things so much, it's nice to have 6 or 12 extras lying about. But now I'm down to just 1 o-ring (for 2 retainers, LOL) so it's time to get some more.

Oh, I also love Amazon...you can find shit on there that you can't find anywhere else. It's great!!!
