affordable voip with international DID...

I have a small business and want to find a voip service provider that offers toll free, international DIDs and overall a good fax service.

I found one that ....seems to be allright ..somebody knows them ?

I do not want Vonage anymore the quality of the voice it's instable......Any suggestion? Obviously affordable
